She is survived by: her husband Wesley David Posey; her children, Jennifer Kazee (Adam) of Greenup, Amanda Posey (Elijah) of Raceland, Krystal Posey of Ironton, Ohio and David Posey (Jam) of Ironton, Ohio; her siblings, Mark Fitzgerald (Stacey) of Minford, Jason Bays of Greenup, Kentucky, Barbara Hamilton of Greenup, Lisa Reed (Clayton) of Greenup, Sida Smith (Herman) of Lloyd, Sheila Toppins (Cliff) of Portsmouth and Donna Grooms of West Portsmouth, Ohio; her grandchildren, Leslie Lambert (Bruce Wright), Rodney Lambert Jr. (Alex), Madison Posey, Lakyn Posey, Halle Posey, Mason Kazee and Anna Kazee; and her great grandchildren, Ben, Willow and Lawson. She is also survived by several other family members and friends.
