He is survived by: his daughters, Jodi Allen of Worthington, Tonya VanHoose (Brian) of Catlettsburg and Shelly Wright of Independence, Missouri; his siblings, Frank Daniels (Brenda) of Flatwoods, Kentucky, Juanita Thompson of Summit and Carol Billips of Summit, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Emma Baker, Isabella Baker, Blake VanHoose and Audrey VanHoose. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
