He is survived by: his children, Charles William Pennington II (DeAnna) of Brownsville, TX and Sarah Marie Pennington of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Brina DuBay, Samantha Roberson and Javon Frame; his great grandchild Henry DuBay; his siblings, Michael Pennington of Morehead, KY, Karen Worthington of Ashland, KY, Georgianne Gordon of Melbourne, FL, Jeffrey Pennington of South Shore, KY and Samuel Pennington of South Portsmouth, KY; and his sister-in-law Samantha Sizemore of Greenup, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
