Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charles touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Mary Etta Hornbeck Frazier; and his wife Mary Alice Jackson Frazier. He is survived by: his children, Earl Buff of Roseville, MI, James Baxter of Henderson, KY, Rebucca Lee Wilmoth of Chesterfield, MI and Robin Diane Wilhelm of Harrison Township, MI; and his sisters, Mary Ann Potter of South Shore, Joyce McGinnis of Flatwoods and Brenda Baldridge of Greenup. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
