He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Rose and Doris Bentley Rose; and his son Charles Alan Rose. He is survived by: his wife Phoebe Baker Rose; his sons, Roger Rose (Shelley) of Greenup, Kentucky and Patrick Rose (Janel) of Greenup, Kentucky; his sisters, Cheryl Rose Akers of Ashland, Mel Rose Thomas (Gene) of Jacksonville and Teri Rose Harris (James) of Argillite, KY.; his grandchildren, Brandon Kiser, Lorna Rose, Holly Rose (Levi Lewis), Kenton Rose (Kala Chapman) and Miranda Rose (Caden Thomas); and his great grandchildren, Aaron Lewis, Clara Kaye and Liam Charles.
