She is survived by: her son Lance Black; her husband David Black; and her siblings, Joseph Kavanaugh III (Follette), Lloyd Kavanaugh (Rosemarie) and Jeraldine "Jeri" Kavanaugh. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
