He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Harmon and Mintie Elizabeth Elliott Stevens. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Stevens, Elwood Stevens, Grace Hatfield, Polly Nichols and Eva Baldridge; his wife Patricia Ann Workman Stevens; his daughters, Donna Sue Caudill (Dan) of Minford, OH and Vickie Jo Stevens-Pease (Dwaine) of Grove City, OH; his brother Clarence "Tucker" Stevens of Greenup; his grandchildren, Justin Ryan Caudill, John Christopher Caudill, Megan Rivers and Hannah Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Jacoby Caudill, Jaxon Caudill, Jerimiah Anderson, Evan Anderson, Olivia Lewis, Finnegan Lewis, Harper Rivers, Emerson Rivers, Riley Rivers and Kristy Greene. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
