We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2023, at the age of 74, Barbara Ann Howard of Greenup, Kentucky, born in Worthington, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Tackett and Mary Louise Stewart Tackett. She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Ron" Howard; her siblings, Joyce Fortner and David Tackett; and her stepchildren, Doug Howard, Tom Howard, Gary "Charlie Brown" McClain (Stephanie) of Dallas, TX, Joyce Laffin (Robb) of Canal Winchester, OH, John Howard (Diane) of London, OH, Bub Howard of Greenup, Wendall Howard (Kathy) of Greenup and Jeff Howard (Sunshine) of Nebraska. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
