She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Carter and Effie Sturgill Carter; her husband Lester Eugene Crum; her son Timothy Eugene Crum; and her siblings, Billy Carter and Juanita Justice.
She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Jean Lovins (Jimmie) of Greenup; and her pet Misty. She is also survived by her extended family, co workers and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Wright's Funeral Home (1017 E Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
