He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosie Lee Durrett and Luther Thomas Milby; his wife Marjorie Elaine Sapp Milby; and his siblings, Cecil, Raven, Luther and Rudolph Milby.

He is survived by: his daughters, Linda (Terry Martin), Sandy (Tim Edwards) and Lorrie Knifley of Greensburg; his sister Ann Akin of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Andrea, Ethan Edwards, Jessica (Bobby Noble, Jr.) and Dylan Knifley (Sarah Ard); and his great grandchild Benjamin Noble. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
