He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Lowe and Agnes Cordilia "Agdee" Marshall Lowe; and his siblings, Rod Lowe and Tenabel Hancock. He is survived by: his cousins, Joe Tommy Hodges of Greensburg, Perry Rebecca Garrett of Bardstown, Marcy Goff of Greensburg, Bettie Jo Russell of Greensburg and Jim Frank of Greensburg.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the New Green County High School Building Fund or the Gideon Bible Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
