He is survived by: his sister Emma Dee Gorin Bland (Daniel); his nephew Jonathan Bland (Beth); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brayden, Bryleigh and Brittyn; his nephew David Bland (Wendy); his great-niece Isabel of Pearland, Texas; his cousins, Walt Gorin (Anne), Martha Brown (Earle), Sam Hodges, June Kelly (Benny), Margi McGuire, Susan Roederer (John), Lana Oue (Tak), Jerry O'Banion (Karen) and Nora Jane Cook of Greensburg; and his friends, Ann Wise and Mary Jo Gramig.

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take form of donation to Nazareth Home Clifton, 2120 Payne Street Louisville, KY 40206.
