He is survived by: his son Charles William Haskins of Louisville, KY; his sister Lucille Taylor of Indianapolis; his brother-in-law Avious Crenshaw; and his granddaughter Baileigh Haskins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
