He is survived by: his sons, Cornelius Henry of Louisville, William Arthur Ford, Patrick Ford of Lebanon and Charles Smith of Columbia; his mother Mary Ann Booker Ford; and his siblings, Charles Ford (Margaret) of Kansas City, Dale Ford (Marie) of Campbellsville, Dr. O. B. Ford (Berenda) of Lexington, Winifred Williams (Larry) of Campbellsville and Drucilla Porter (Robert) of Greensburg. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
