He is survived by: his children, Tammy Lynette Cundiff of Green County, KY and Thomas Paul; his daughter-in-law Samantha Lee Price of Green County, KY; his grandchildren, Maddie, Drew, Brady, Lainey, Noelle and Sebastian; his siblings, Renita Charis Price (Marlon Wooldridge), Dana Lynnette Arnett (Ricky) and William Karsten Price; and his uncles, Ronnie Bishop and Joey Bishop (Karen).
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be donations to the funeral expense fund and those can be made at the funeral home.
