She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Kara Walker) and Jimmy Lewis (Heather Walker); her grandchildren, Hayley Walker, Kylie Walker, Emma Walker, Addyson Walker and Maleah Walker; her great grandchild Camryn Cook; her sisters, Marlene of Louisville, Sherry of Louisville, Patricia Booker and Wendy Srygler; and her pet Cave. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
