Sonya Clark Jeffries Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2025, at the age of 86, Sonya Clark Jeffries (Greensburg, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Lee Clark and Hallie Mae Ervin Clark; her husband William Emil Jeffries; her siblings, Forrest Clark, Farrell Dale Clark, Wanda Morgan, Gail Jeffries and Dawn Morgan; her grandson Timmy J. Jeffries, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Cash Wright and Landon Jarrod Jeffries.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki (Bobby Estes), Billy Joe (Freda Jeffries), Kerry (Lisa Jeffries), Tim (Sandra Jeffries) and Tammy (Mark McKinney); her grandchildren, Erica Brown (Tony) of Harrodsburg, Chasity Dicken (Daniel) of Glasgow, Amey Hunt (Joey) of Campbellsville, Nick Wright (Danielle) of Greensburg, Clint Jeffries (Nicole) of Campbellsville and Monica Eatmon (Chuck) of Greensburg; her great grandchildren, Cheyanne Bryant (Wayne), Maddie Hunt, Hallie McCoy, Addison Dicken, Ava Grace Wright, Gavin Jeffries, Austin Jeffries, Olivia Jeffries, Alyssa Eatmon and Ty Eatmon; her great great grandchild Grayson Bryant; her sisters, Wava Finn of Bardstown and Sheena Underwood of Texas; and her sister-in-law Linda Clark of Glasgow. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home (206 S Main St, Greensburg, KY 42743). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at the Little Barren Cemetery.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund or Little Barren Cemetery Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
