He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Ann Lobb Milby of Campbellsville; his daughter Christina; his son-in-law Stephen Bishop of Campbellsville; his son Lucas; his daughter-in-law Kayla Milby of Campbellsville; his grandchildren, Madison Bishop of Campbellsville, Noah Bishop of Campbellsville, Logan Bishop of Campbellsville, Braisley Milby of Campbellsville and Hendrix Milby of Campbellsville; and his brothers, Neal Milby of Elizabethtown and Kent (June Milby). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
