She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Cook, Sr. (Besides); her children, Kenneth "Pete" Cook, Jr. of Greensburg, Bobby Cook (Jo Marie) of Greensburg, Keith Cook of Louisville, David Cook (Kass) of Campbellsville, Zack Cook (Brittany) of Georgia, Stacy Lynn Reynolds (Tony Lightsey) of Greensburg, Cindy Cogswell of Greensburg and Angie Cox (Keith) of Greensburg; her brothers, Leo Riley (Shelba) of Ohio, Danny Riley (Pat) of Ohio and Bill Riley (Debbie) of South Carolina; her siblings-in-law, Francie Riley of Ohio, Wilma Riley of Ohio, Dell Cook of Vermont and Bessie Riley; and her close friend Becky Kelly. She is also survived by several Grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
