She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Porter Clark and Rosa Valera Moran Clark; her husband Carl Taylor Perkins; her children, Kenneth Perkins, Timothy Carl Perkins and Patty Mills; her daughter-in-law Vada Perkins Taulman; her great grandchild Jackson Dean Cox; her brother Franklin Porter Clark, Jr.; and her half-sisters, Lucy Clark Burr and Lola Moran Judd.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Carol (Don Church) and Judy (Louie Froggett); her daughter-in-law Pam Davis Perkins of Greensburg; her grandchildren, Kenny Wayne Perkins (Dawn), Jamie Leigh Gilbert (Mike), Jeffrey Church, Donna Young (Troy), Chris Church (Mellyn), Tom Mills, Valerie Davis (Mike), Michelle Eastham (Jeff), Renee Jessie, Michael Froggett (Debbie), Amanda Curry (Kevin) and Ashley Cox (Alex); her nieces and nephews, Steve Clark, John Perkins, Greg Burr, Diane Cary and Nelda Mohr; and her great-nieces, Karen Blakeman, Janet Overlay and Martha Houk. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren.
