He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hershel Clark and Anna Lee Kelly Clark; his wife Elizabeth Lewis Phillips; his son-in-law Bobby Eastridge; and his siblings, Vernon Clark, William Clark, Hobart Clark, Elsie Jones, Julia Lee and Naomi Clark.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Clark Eastridge of Campbellsville; his stepgrandchildren, Jay Eastridge and Meredith Jaskowski; his sister-in-law Shelia Phillips; and his pet Trudy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of floral tributes, donations are suggested to the Kentucky Humane Society or the charity of choice, which can be made at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg.
