He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Delmas Compton and Ruby Geneva Warf Compton; and his sister Norma Sue Compton. He is survived by: his son Troy Richard Compton of Louisville; his sister Lori; and his brother-in-law David Wolff of Louisville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, two great nieces, three great nephews, numerous cousins, plus a host of other relatives and friends.
