He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irene Milby Marr of Gabe Community and Jacob Marr; his wife Patricia Ann Burchette Marr of Greensburg; his daughter Crystal; his son-in-law Gary Neat of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Samantha Neat of Lawrenceburg and Thomas Neat of Lawrenceburg; and his siblings, Connie Davenport of Greensburg, Brenda Young of Summersville and Doug Marr of London. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
