We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2021, at the age of 43, Richard Chapman of Greensburg, Kentucky, born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his uncle Robie; his aunt Linda Farmer; and his grandparents, Roy and Agnes Ford. He is survived by: his son Shawn Bradley; his parents, Rhonda Ford Chapman of Speedwell and Ricky Chapman of Jacksboro; his grandmother Belva Mae Chapman of Jacksboro; his sister Nicole Wyatt (Bryan) of LaFollette; and his cousins, Beckey, Robin and Joseph. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
