He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Todd English of Campbellsville and Jan Carol Milby English of Greensburg; his grandparents, Walter Randall, Nancy Milby, H. A. and Glenda English; and his aunts and uncles, Chopper, Melinda Hall, Cynthia Butterfield and Wynn English.
He is survived by: his stepmother Kathy English of Campbellsville; his half-sister Amanda Morris; his stepsister Amanda Gaspar of Campbellsville; and his aunts and uncles, Terri Talbott of Greensburg, Greg, Marna English of Ficherville and Brad Butterfield of Indiana. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has ask that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to The Haven Club or Crossroads Youth Program which can be made at the funeral home.
