She was predeceased by: her parents, E. W. "Washie" Davis and Mamie Cook Davis; her husband Albert Junior Smith; and her siblings, Geneva Davis Higgason, Celsie Davis Stewart, Shirley Ann Davis and Hubert Davis.
She is survived by: her son Gene Allen; her daughter-in-law Debbie Smith of Louisville; her daughters, Shelia (Gary Knight) and Anissa Bright of Greensburg; and her grandchildren, Brad Smith, Jay Smith, Nina Knight, Hannah Fox and Jon Parrish. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Macedonia Cemetery Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
