He was predeceased by: his father Otis Eugene Berry. He is survived by: his children, Tosh Berry of Green County and W. L. Berry (Tiffany) of Green County; his children-in-law, Chris Berry and Amber of Green County, KY.; his children, Diane Bryant, Kenny of Florida, Karen Davis and Terry (Cindy Meade) of Green County, KY; and his grandchildren, Taylor Cook, Allie Martin of James, Hardin and Michael Berry. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
