She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Darnell and Violet McKinney Phillips; and her husband John Wesley Adkins. She is survived by: her children, Michelle "Mikki" Adkins of Greensburg, Kim Pendleton (Joe) of Campbellsville and John Wesley Adkins, II (Jennifer Lee Caprioglio) of Crestwood; and her grandchildren, Ashton V. Adkins (Jessica Fogle), Vincent Henley, Jessica Qualls, Michael Caprioglio, Puck Caprioglio, Krissy Gutierrez, Franklin Brown and Donald Brown. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; a sister.
