She was predeceased by: her parent Shelby J. Collins; her husband Stephen Louallen; and her brother-in-law Roy Reitzel. She is survived by: her mother Carol A. Collins (Staley) of Louisville; her children, Stephanie Bishop (Steven) of Greensburg, Carissa Miller of LaGrange, Macie Price (Garrett), Megan Patton (Chance) and Donisha Freeman (Casey); her sisters, Shelley Behnen (Don) of Florida, Vickie Whitaker (Ed) of Frankfort, Kim Jacobs (Danny) of LaGrange and Sheila Reitzel of Shepherdsville; her grandchildren, Levi Tyler Smith (Gabrielle), Wyatt Bishop, Alijah Miller, Abigail Skaggs (Quentin) and Harlie Bishop; her great grandchildren, Poppie, Pheobe, Iris, Asher and Ella; and her grandchildren, Haeli, Gavin, Asher, Quentin, Adrean, Jonah, Myles, Mara and Kelcie.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lr Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service (1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
