She was predeceased by: her siblings, Barbara Geraldine McAfee and Milford Graham McAfee; and her siblings-in-law, Gus Velez and Lillie McAfee. She is survived by: her husband Leslie "Les" Puryear of Greensburg; her children, Anne Leslie (Billy Matney), Angela (Lance Radebaugh) and David; her daughter-in-law Erika Puryear of Paris, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Ambre Gurley (Austin), Blake Radebaugh (Johanna), Matthew Puryear (Julietta) and Lindsey Puryear; her great grandchildren, Carson Hayes, Wesley Radebaugh, Addison Gurley, Sophia Beasley, Alayna Gurley and Asher Gurley; her siblings, Charlotte Velez of Elizabethtown and Ken McAfee of South Carolina; and her pet Abby. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
