She was predeceased by: her parents, Porter T. Kelly and Stella Mavis Acree Kelly; her husband Clyde Robert Poynter; her brother James Allen Kelly; and her brother-in-law Henry "Buddy" Beard.
She is survived by: her sister Virginia "Gen" Beard of Greensburg; her sister-in-law Rebecca Kelly of Greensburg; her nieces and nephews, John, Paula VanMeter of Greensburg, Billy, Dawn Blakeman of Campbellsville, Darian and Stephanie Beard of Tennessee; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas of Campbellsville, Becca Rayburn of Campbellsville, Blake of Campbellsville, Caylin Dudgeon of Campbellsville, Brooke Richerson of Campbellsville, Patrick, Oindrila VanMeter of Wisconsin, Justin, Faith VanMeter of Minnesota, Isabella Beard of Tennessee, Hailey Beard of Tennessee, Andi and Jerrett Coppage of Campbellsville. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Fry Cemetery Fund or Gideon Bible Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
