He is survived by: his significant other Kathleen Meredith of Louisville; his children, Leah Meredith of Greensburg, Jon-Evan Meredith of Greensburg, Hannah Meredith of Greensburg, Sarah Meredith of Greensburg, Mitchell Meredith of Austin and Heather Pacheco of Florida; and his brothers, Richard Meredith of Glasgow and Eddie Meredith of Louisville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
