She is survived by: her children, Stiphena Collins of Alabama, Crystal Clark of Alabama, April Clark of Glasgow, Samantha Collins of Indiana and Steven Collins, Jr. of Alabama; her son-in-law Steve Graham of Kentucky; and her brothers, Purnell Green, Sr. of Bowling Green and Marvin Green of Edmonton. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the family cremation expenses, which can be made at the funeral home.
