He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Taylor Beard and Mahauta "Tat" Kathleen Nunn Beard. He is survived by: his close friend Norma Houk of Greensburg; his children, Robby Beard of Greensburg, Cindy Milby of Campbellsville, Marcia of Greensburg, Brian Penick of Greensburg, Jeff of Greensburg and Debra Houk of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Whitney Henderson (James), Dylan Penick, Jeffrey Houk, Kyle Houk and Cody Houk; his great grandchildren, Gracie, Aubree, Atlee, Cooper, Sawyer, Raegan, Allie, Remi and Alaya; and his sisters, Cheryl (Doug Shive) and Ginger (Jimmy Wilcoxson). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Community Baptist Church Sanctuary Fund, which can be made at the church or the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home.
