He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ronnie Chapman, Carlos and Louise Bagby; and his uncles, Mitchell Bault and Eddie Leftwich.
He is survived by: his parents, Bryan Chapman of Green County and Amy Bagby Chapman of Green County; his sister Hanna Chapman of Greensburg; his grandmother Diana Chapman of Campbellsville; and his aunts and uncles, Kathy Leftwich of Summersville, Stephanie (Jared Rose), Brad (Shemekia Chapman), Neal (Jennifer Bault) and Valerie Bault of Cane Valley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the MSUD Support Group, or the Gideon Bible Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
