He was predeceased by: his father George McMillan; his son Martin Foster; and his siblings, Gary McMillan and Betty Meador. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Davis; his children, Jessie Davis of Utah, Sarah Miller of Campbellsville, Melanie Davis of Greensburg, Shelley Foster of England, Amanda Fitzgerald of Mississippi, Rose Davis of Alabama, Kayla Foster of Louisville, Angelica Foster of Campbellsville and Anthony; and his daughter-in-law Amber Davis of Mannsville. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
