He is survived by: his wife Gail Hodge Pierce of Greensburg; his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Jan Pierce of Greensburg; his daughters, Veronica Bradbury Benson (James) and Samantha Bradbury Turner (Carlos); his grandchildren, Oak Pierce of Greensburg, Hayden Garrett of Greensburg, Haylee (Lane Burton), Mekensie (Brandon Kelly), James (Reaghan Benson), Alex (Sara Benson) and Justin (Megan Benson); his great grandchildren, Hayes Benson and Boden Benson; his siblings, Pearldean Jeffries of Greensburg and Daryl; and his sister-in-law Julie Pierce of Shepherdsville.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home (206 S Main St, Greensburg, KY 42743). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at the Green County Memory Gardens (4697 Hodgenville Rd, Greensburg, KY 42743).
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Kosair Children or Gideon Bible Fund which can be made at the funeral home.
