He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnsie Bishop and Jeanette Estes Bishop; and his brothers, Donald Lewis Bishop and Thomas Lee Bishop. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles "Elk" Bishop of Greensburg, William Allen "Bo" (Lisa Bishop), James Robert "Buggs" (Debbie Bishop) and Janet Edwards of Greensburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund or American Diabetes Association which can be made at the funeral home.
