He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Eugene "Pete" Cook, Jr. of Greensburg, Cindy Cogswell of Greensburg, Bobby Cook (Jo) of Greensburg, Angie Cox (Keith) of Greensburg, David Cook (Kass), Zachary Cook of Campbellsville and Keith Eric Cook of Louisville; and his brother Dale Cook of Vermont. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, plus a host of other relatives and friends.
