He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kenneth Edwards and Katherine Elise Barton; and his son Michael Tapp Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Gay Lyon Edwards of Campbellsville; and his daughter Stephanie Edwards Boehringer of St. Louis, Missouri. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
