He was predeceased by: his parents, Hervie Arnett and Vera Emma Judd Arnett; his sister Francis Carol Arnett; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Clark and Elva Doris Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Lou Ellen Clark Arnett; his sister Inis Davis (George); his nieces and nephews, Rod Davis, Barbara, Randall Davis, Laura Jo, Rhonda, Kerry "Pete" Judd, Rick Davis and Monica; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hayli Osborne, Jordan, Tyler Davis, Erin Bayless, Cody, Braden Judd, Josh Judd, Whitney, Levi, Olivia Dobson, Andrew Hedgespeth and Ivy Hedgespeth; and also, Bristol, Brantlee, Brenna, Cameryn, Peyton Judd and Brody.
