He was predeceased by: his father Forester Holland; his grandparents, Ed, Nancy Collett Holland, Ballard and Bernice Sizemore Collett; and his nephew Zachary Daniel Osborne.
He is survived by: his pet Trixie; his mother Margaret Collett Holland Hensley of Greensburg, KY; his wife Tanya C. Holland of Greensburg, KY; his daughters, Paige Holland Upton, Kelly of Greensburg, KY and Ashley Holland of Greensburg, KY; his siblings, Dallas Collett of Greensburg, KY, Tammie Holland of Greensburg, KY, Tina Hernandez, Cain of Greensburg, KY and Georgia Lynn Roberts; his uncle Jerry Collett; and his cousin Liz Collett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
