He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Vaughn and Betty Jean Dye Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Rodgers Vaughn of Green County; his daughter Kristen Mann; his son-in-law Derrick of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Michael Heath of Greensburg, Shawn Heath of Greensburg and Abby Mann of Greensburg; his great grandchild Truman Heath of Greensburg; his sisters, Mary Edna Ramsey of Elizabethtown and Teresa Jean Gomez of Hodgenville; and his brother-in-law Mike Rodgers of Campbellsville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take form of donations to the Family Burial Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
