She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Morgan Milby and Homer R.; her husband Charles Leo Dobson; and her siblings, Marie Milby Mitchell, Leonard Milby, Arey Milby and Harold Milby. She is also survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law and one sister.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Hosparus which can be made at the funeral home.
