He was predeceased by: his father Irvin Milby Sr.; and his siblings, Hugh, John, Ray, Leonard Milby, Margie Milby, Christine Bloyd and Mary Lois Despain.
He is survived by: his sons, Joe (Jessica Milby) and Steve (Marilyn Milby); and his grandchildren, Robert Milby of Roanoke, Thomas Milby (Mariah) of Roanoke, John Milby of Roanoke, Jameson of Summersville, Jonah of Summersville and Jaisey Milby of Summersville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be donations to the Aetna Grove Cemetery Fund or to The Gideons Bible Fund.
