He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh McGuire and Bessie B. Bruner McGuire; his stepfather John Britt; and his siblings, Patrick McGuire and Cathy Britt.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Sue Scott McGuire of Greensburg; his daughters, Dawn (Josh Corbin) and Tamala (Brandon Curry); his grandchildren, Serenity Greer, Macy Corbin, Drew Corbin, Micaiah Curry and Neveah Curry; his great grandchildren, Jackson Wilson and Taylor York; and his daughters, Michelle McGuire, Karen McGuire, Cathy McGuire and Edith McGuire. He is also survived by other grandchildren, relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund or Hosparus of Green River, which can be made at the funeral home.
