He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Milby and Annie Milby Carter; his wife Wanda Forsythe Milby; and his siblings, Diane Milby, Leo Milby, Gene Milby, Lewis Milby and Bob T. "Rex" Milby.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anissa Loy (Stacey) of Campbellsville and Andrea M. Ringhand (Nathan) of San Diego, CA.; his siblings, Henry Milby, Ruth Vittitow, Suzanne Hibbard (Tony) and Joyce Vaughn (Gene); his grandson Dakota Pike; and his great grandchild Katelyn Pike.
