He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Beard and Hallie Dangerfield Beard Nunn; and his siblings, Mary Jane Rodgers and Rollin Beard. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Kelly "Gen" Beard of Greensburg; his daughter Dawn Beard-Blakeman; his son-in-law Billy Blakeman of Campbellsville; his son Darian; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Beard of Gallatin, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Thomas Rayburn (Becca), Blake Dudgeon (Caylin), Brooke Richerson (Blake), Isabella Beard and Hailey Beard; his stepgrandchild Andi Coppage (Jerrett); and his great grandchildren, Kelsay Rayburn, Carter Richerson, Nadilynn Dudgeon, Oliver Richerson, Kennedy Rayburn, Carsen Dudgeon, Kenzy Rayburn and Mason Rayburn. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Fry Baptist Church or the Fry Cemetery Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
