She was predeceased by: her spouse Garnett Bloyd; her stepmother Gertrude Perkins; her grandchild Vondylon Morgan; and her siblings, Hazel Neagle, Cluster Ward, John Arthur Perkins, John Edward Perkins, William Lewis Perkins, Ray Milby and Ora Willia Jeffries.
She is survived by: her daughters, Velma Louise Bloyd Sea of Louisville and Shirley Etta Bloyd Roby of Louisville; her granddaughters, Tammy Carol Morgan of Louisville and Darlene Groves of Louisville; and her brother Bro. Dan Perkins of Magnolia. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
