She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Lee Madden Clark and Claude Clark. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Gentry of Campbellsville; her daughter Kathy Fisher of Atlanta; her grandsons, Cody Davis and Kenny Tomes; and her siblings-in-law, Anna Mae Bradley of Campbellsville, Mary Ann Lobb of Summersville, Regina Judd (Marcus) of Campbellsville, Donnie Gentry (Betty) of Greensburg, Benny Gentry (Norma) of Greensburg and Thomas Gentry (Laura) of Campbellsville. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
The family has requested expressions of sympathy be donations made to the Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home for cremation expenses.
